The Littelfuse SMDJ30CA is a bidirectional TVS diode designed for transient voltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 30V and a clamping voltage of 48.4V at 62A peak pulse current. With a peak pulse power dissipation of 3000W (10/1000μs waveform), it provides robust protection against voltage transients induced by lightning and other events.
