The SMDJ18A-HR is a high-reliability unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, part of the SMDJ-HR series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events. This device offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 3000W (10/1000µs waveform) and features a reverse standoff voltage of 18V with a clamping voltage of 29.2V at 102.7A peak pulse current.
