The SMDA12C-8.TBT is a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode manufactured by Semtech, designed for general purpose protection against voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 12V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 13.3V. The clamping voltage is limited to 24V at peak pulse current, ensuring downstream components are protected.
