The Littelfuse SMD150F-2 is a polymeric PTC resettable fuse designed for surface mount overcurrent protection. It is part of the SMD series and offers resettable protection in a compact 2-SMD package.
With a hold current of 1.5A at 20°C still air, it trips at 3.0A minimum. The maximum voltage rating is 15V DC, and it can withstand fault currents up to 40A. Power dissipation in tripped state is 1.8W maximum. Time to trip at 8A is 5 seconds maximum.
