The SMCJ9.0CA-13 is a 1500W bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the SMCJ series. It features a Zener TVS type with a reverse standoff voltage of 9.0V and a clamping voltage of 15.4V.
