The SMCJ64CA-E3/57T is a surface-mount bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Vishay's SMCJ series. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lightning. The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 64V and a maximum clamping voltage of 103V at a peak pulse current of 14.6A, tested with a 10/1000µs waveform.
