The SMCJ64CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse Inc., part of the SMCJ series. It offers 1500W peak pulse power capability (10/1000µs waveform) and is designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events.
