The Vishay Dale SMCJ60A-E3/57T is a TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) Diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a low profile DO-214AB (SMC) package suitable for automated placement.
Key electrical characteristics include a working voltage of 5.0V (VWM) and a breakdown voltage ranging from 6.40V to 231V depending on the configuration.
