The SMCJ51A is a 1500W unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 51V and a maximum clamping voltage of 82.4V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 18.2A under a 10/1000μs waveform and offers ESD protection up to 30kV (air and contact) per IEC 61000-4-2.
