The SMCJ30CA is a bidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. It offers a reverse standoff voltage of 30V and a maximum clamping voltage of 48.4V at a peak pulse current of 31A. With a peak pulse power rating of 1500W (10/1000µs waveform), it provides robust protection for I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and data lines in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.
