The SMCJ18CA-TR is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for general purpose transient voltage suppression. It offers a peak pulse power rating of 1500W and can handle a peak pulse current of 254A (8/20µs). The device features an 18V reverse standoff voltage and a maximum clamping voltage of 39.3V.
