The SMCJ14CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from the SMCJ series by Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning or other events. Key specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 14V, a clamping voltage of 23.2V, and a peak pulse power of 1500W (10/1000μs waveform). The device can handle a peak pulse current of 64.7A.
