The SMCJ130CA-13-F is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose circuit protection. It utilizes a Zener breakdown mechanism to clamp transient overvoltages, offering 1500W peak pulse power dissipation (10/1000µs waveform) and a clamping voltage of 209V. This TVS diode is optimized for surface-mount assembly in a DO-214AB (SMC) package, which measures 0.21 grams typical. It is rated for continuous operation from -55°C to 150°C junction temperature and can be stored from -55°C to 175°C. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel.
