The SMCJ130A-13-F is a 1500W surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 130V and a maximum clamping voltage of 209V, with a peak pulse current rating of 7.2A. The device is unidirectional and uses a glass passivated die construction for reliable performance.
This TVS diode offers excellent clamping capability and fast response time, making it suitable for general-purpose transient protection in a variety of applications. It is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) package, which supports surface-mount assembly and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 pieces per reel.
