The SMC30J6.0A is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for general purpose transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6V and a clamping voltage of 10.3V, capable of handling peak pulse currents up to 291A and peak pulse power of 3000W. The device is housed in a DO-214AB SMC surface mount package, suitable for automated assembly. It operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 175°C junction temperature. This TVS diode is intended for use in applications where protection against voltage transients is required.
