The SMC30J33CA is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for transient voltage suppression in general-purpose applications. With a reverse standoff voltage of 33V and a clamping voltage of 53.3V, it can handle peak pulse currents up to 56A and peak pulse power up to 3000W. This device is surface-mountable in a DO-214AB (SMC) package and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C. It is not intended for power line protection.
