The SMBJP6KE39A-TP is a 600W transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Micro Commercial Co, designed for protecting sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. It features a reverse stand-off voltage of 33.3V and a maximum clamping voltage of 53.9V at a peak pulse current of 11.3A (10/1000μs waveform). The device offers a fast response time of less than 1ps from 0V to breakdown voltage.
This unidirectional TVS diode is suitable for general purpose protection applications. It is rated for operation over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C and has a storage temperature range of -65°C to +150°C. The thermal resistance is 20°C/W junction-to-lead and 25°C/W junction-to-case.
The device is packaged in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package, with terminals solderable per MIL-STD-750. It is halogen free, RoHS compliant, and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The moisture sensitivity level is 1 (unlimited).
