The SMBJ90A from Littelfuse is a surface mount unidirectional TVS diode rated at 600W peak pulse power (10/1000μs waveform). It has a reverse standoff voltage of 90V and a maximum clamping voltage of 146V at a peak pulse current of 4.1A. The device is designed for general purpose protection against voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient events in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.
