The Vishay Dale SMBJ9.0A-E3/5B is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a low profile SMB (DO-214AA) package, making it ideal for automated placement.
This device offers a 600W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform and a working voltage of 9V. Its excellent clamping capability and very fast response time ensure effective protection against inductive load switching and lighting surges. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C (TJ).
