The Vishay Dale SMBJ8.0A-E3/52 is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a low profile package ideal for automated placement.
This device offers a 600W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform. It has a working voltage range from 5V to 188V and a clamping voltage of 13.6V. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C (TJ).
