The SMBJ75A-13-F is a 600W peak pulse power transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a 75V reverse standoff voltage and a 121V maximum clamping voltage, ensuring reliable protection of downstream circuits. The device is a unidirectional Zener type, designed for general purpose applications.
With a peak pulse current rating of 4.9A (10/1000µs waveform), the SMBJ75A-13-F provides robust surge protection. The operating junction temperature range spans -55°C to +150°C, and the device is rated for a steady state power dissipation of 5W at +75°C lead temperature.
