The Bourns SMBJ75A is a 600W transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from the SMBJ series, designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a Zener clamping mechanism with a reverse standoff voltage of 75V and a maximum clamping voltage of 121V at a peak pulse current of 5A (10/1000µs waveform).
