The SMBJ6.0A is a unidirectional Zener TVS diode from Littelfuse designed for transient voltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6V and a maximum clamping voltage of 10.3V at 58.3A peak pulse current (10/1000µs waveform). The device can handle 600W peak pulse power. It comes in a surface-mount DO-214AA (SMB) package and is RoHS3 compliant. It is suitable for general-purpose applications such as protecting I/O interfaces, VCC buses, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronics. The operating junction temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
