The SMBJ58A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode from Littelfuse, designed for surge and ESD protection. It features a standoff voltage of 58V and a clamping voltage of 93.6V, with a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 6.5A. It is based on Zener technology and is surface mountable in a DO-214AA (SMB) package. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C. It is rated for a single unidirectional channel and does not include power line protection.
