The SMBJ51A from Littelfuse Inc. is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. It is part of the SMBJ series and offers a peak pulse power rating of 600W for 10/1000μs waveforms.
