The SMBJ48A-13-F is a 600W peak pulse power transient voltage suppressor diode manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for general purpose circuit protection and provides a reverse standoff voltage of 48V and a clamping voltage of 77.4V. The device is unidirectional, offering one channel of protection. It features a peak pulse current of 7.7A and a peak forward surge current of 100A (8.3ms). The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The diode is packaged in a surface mount DO-214AA (SMB) case with molded plastic material rated UL94V-0. Terminals are matte tin finish and the device is RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
