The SMBJ45A is a unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse's SMBJ series designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 45V, a clamping voltage of 72.7V, a peak pulse current of 8.3A (10/1000μs waveform), and a peak pulse power rating of 600W.
