The Vishay Dale SMBJ3V3-E3/5B is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features unidirectional polarity and a peak pulse power rating of 600 W (10/1000 μs).
This TVS diode has a working voltage (VWM) of 3.3 V and a clamping voltage (VC) of 10.3 V. It is capable of handling a peak pulse current of 200 A (8/20 μs) and a peak forward surge current of 60 A. The device operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 175°C.
