The SMBJ33CA-TR is a bidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning, inductive load switching, and electrostatic discharge. This device offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W (10/1000μs waveform) and a clamping voltage of 53.3V at a peak pulse current of 11.8A.
