SMBJ33A

The SMBJ33A from Bourns is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It features a standoff voltage of 33 V, a typical clamping voltage of 53.3 V at a peak pulse current of 11.3 A, and a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 W (10/1000 µs waveform).
