The SMBJ30A-E3/52 is a 600W peak pulse power (10/1000μs waveform) unidirectional Zener TVS diode from Vishay Dale. It offers a 30V standoff voltage with a minimum breakdown voltage of 30V and a maximum clamping voltage of 48.4V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 12.4A and a forward surge current of 8.3ms single half sine-wave up to 100A. Operating junction temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C.
