The Bourns SMBJ30A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 30V and a breakdown voltage of 33.3V (min). The clamping voltage is 48.4V at a peak pulse current of 12.4A (10/1000µs waveform). With a peak pulse power rating of 600W, it provides robust protection against transient overvoltages.
