The Diodes Incorporated SMBJ24CAQ-13-F is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive automotive circuits from voltage surges and electrostatic discharges. It features a 600W peak pulse power dissipation and a working voltage of 24V.
This TVS diode provides excellent clamping capability with a clamping voltage of 38.9V at a peak pulse current of 15.4A. It is constructed with glass passivated die and comes in a DO-214AA, SMB package, suitable for surface mounting.
The SMBJ24CAQ-13-F is AEC-Q101 qualified and manufactured in IATF 16949 certified facilities, making it suitable for demanding automotive applications. It complies with ISO10605 standards for ESD protection and ISO7637-2 for surge protection.
