The SMBJ20CA is a bidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 20V and a maximum clamping voltage of 32.4V at 18.6A peak pulse current (10/1000μs waveform). With a peak pulse power rating of 600W, it provides robust protection for I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer applications.
The device is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package, suitable for automated assembly.
