The SMBJ18CA-TR from STMicroelectronics is a bidirectional TVS (Transient Voltage Suppression) diode designed for general purpose circuit protection. It offers a peak pulse power rating of 600W (10/1000µs waveform) and is capable of handling peak pulse currents up to 21.5A. The device has a reverse standoff voltage of 18V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 20V, with a maximum clamping voltage of 29.2V at the peak pulse current.
