The SMBJ18AHE3/52 is a surface-mount TRANSZORB transient voltage suppressor from Vishay's SMBJ series. It features a Zener diode structure with a reverse standoff voltage of 18 V, a maximum clamping voltage of 29.2 V at 20.5 A peak pulse current, and a peak pulse power rating of 600 W for a 10/1000 μs waveform. The device is unidirectional with 1 channel.
Designed for automated placement, the SMBJ18AHE3/52 comes in a DO-214AA (SMB) case with matte tin plated terminals, suitable for surface-mount assembly.
