The Vishay Dale SMBJ17A-E3/52 is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a low profile SMB (DO-214AA) package, making it suitable for automated placement.
This device offers a 600W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform. It is available in unidirectional and bidirectional configurations, with electrical characteristics applying in both directions.
