The SMBJ170A-13-F is a 600W surface mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients. The device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 170V and a maximum clamping voltage of 275V at a peak pulse current of 2.2A (10/1000µs waveform).
