The Littelfuse SMBJ160CA is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a 600W peak pulse power capability at a 10/1000μs waveform and a 160V working voltage.
This TVS diode offers excellent clamping capability with a maximum clamping voltage of 259V at 2.3A peak pulse current. It operates over a wide temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
