The SMBJ15CA-13-F is a bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated. It provides a standoff voltage of 15V and a maximum clamping voltage of 24.4V at 24A peak pulse current. The device can dissipate up to 600W of peak pulse power. It is designed for general purpose circuit protection and is available in a surface mount SMB (DO-214AA) package. The package features molded plastic case material with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and matte tin terminal finish. The device is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
