The SMBJ14CA-13-F is a 600W bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated, part of the SMBJ series. Designed for general purpose circuit protection, it provides reliable clamping of transient overvoltages. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
