The SMBJ13A is a 600W unidirectional TVS diode from Littelfuse designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 13V, a clamping voltage of 21.5V, and a peak pulse current rating of 28A under a 10/1000μs waveform. The device features a fast response time of less than 1.0ps from 0V to breakdown voltage minimum.
