The Vishay Dale SMBJ120A-E3/52 is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a 120V operating voltage and a clamping voltage of 193V, with a peak pulse power rating of 600W for a 10/1000 μs waveform.
This TVS diode is housed in a DO-214AA (SMBJ) package, making it suitable for automated placement on printed circuit boards. Its unidirectional design provides protection for one line.
