The SMBJ11CA-13-F from Diodes Incorporated is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage transients.
This bidirectional TVS diode features an 11V standoff voltage and a 18.2V clamping voltage at 35A. It provides 600W of peak pulse power dissipation and can handle a peak forward surge current of 100A for 8.3ms. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
The device is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) package, suitable for surface mounting. It is RoHS 3 compliant and considered a "Green" device, being halogen and antimony-free. The moisture sensitivity level is 1 (unlimited).
