The STMicroelectronics SMAJ6.0CA-TR is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode designed for general-purpose transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 6.67V, clamping transients at a maximum of 13.7V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 170A under an 8/20µs waveform and is rated for 400W peak pulse power.
This TVS diode is housed in a surface-mount DO-214AC (SMA) package, also known as supplier device package SMA (DO-214AC).
