The Vishay Dale SMAJ530HE3_A/H is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for sensitive electronics protection. It features a glass passivated chip junction for excellent clamping capability and a very fast response time.
Key electrical specifications include a working voltage (VWM) of 477V and a breakdown voltage (VBR) ranging from 530V to 550V. The device can handle a peak pulse power (PPPM) of 300W and a peak pulse current (IFSM) of 40A. Its capacitance is 90pF at 1MHz.
