The Vishay Dale SMAJ5.0A-E3/61 is a surface-mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for protecting sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a low profile DO-214AC (SMA) package, making it ideal for automated placement.
This unidirectional TVS diode offers a 400W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform. It has a working voltage of 5V and a clamping voltage of 9.2V. The device operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 150°C.
