The SMAJ48CA-TR is a bidirectional Zener TVS diode from STMicroelectronics designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 48V and a maximum clamping voltage of 100V at a peak pulse current of 23A (8/20µs waveform).
