The SMAJ350A is a 400W unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Littelfuse, designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 350V and a maximum clamping voltage of 567V at a peak pulse current of 700mA (10/1000µs waveform).
