Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 33V, a maximum clamping voltage of 53.3V at 7.5A peak pulse current (10/1000μs waveform), and a forward voltage of 3.5V at 35A. The device can handle a peak forward surge current of 40A for an 8.3ms half sine wave.
